Then, we’ll let the conversation flow, kind of like a jam session between two musicians. I might challenge your thinking, or help you to see a problem in a new way. I might share a tool that will support you to have a difficult conversation, or help you plan your next meeting. When we work together, we will partner through 4 stages:
Discover
We get clear. We do a deep dive. What’s currently happening? What is it that you want? What are the outcomes you’re trying to achieve? Why do you want to do this?
Design
We plan the work. We’ll create a small design team to help inform the session. I draft a customized facilitation guide and then we review it together and give me feedback.
Deliver
We do the work. I facilitate the custom designed session in a way that creates engagement and connection. Collectively, you’ll come up with innovative actions that need to be taken.
Evaluate
We look at how we did. We’ll look at feedback from the session and feedback from the design team. Then we plan for what we need to do next.
